100% participation. Guaranteed, in writing.
Everyone you invite to a Rumi board takes part - every time. Not because we hope they will, but because the platform tells us the moment they don’t, and gives the moderator the tools to bring them in.
Nobody else guarantees participation because nobody else can see it happening.
A live meeting only tells you who didn’t show up after the fact. Rumi is built so that low participation is visible early, to the moderator and to us, and easy to fix while the room is still open.
The platform watches every room
Automated participation monitoring tracks every board as it runs. If a participant hasn’t started, or engagement in a discussion falls behind, both Rumi and your team are notified - while there is still time to act, not after the window closes.
Moderators see who’s in and who isn’t
A live view of engagement inside the room: who has started, who is contributing, and where the discussion is thin, discussion by discussion. Nothing is discovered in the readout.
Reaching a quiet participant takes seconds
Moderators contact anyone who hasn’t yet contributed directly from the room - a personal prompt, not a mass reminder. Most people who are late simply need to be asked well.
The format removes the usual excuses
No fixed clock, no time zone to fight, nothing to install. Participants read, reflect and respond in their own time, typed or spoken, from any device - so the barriers that empty a live meeting don’t apply.
Exactly what it covers
A guarantee is only worth anything if it is bounded. Ours has three parts, all agreed before the room opens.
- The panel
A defined list of named participants, agreed before the board opens.
- Participation
Each named participant actively engages in the room within the response window. Engaged, not interrogated: we don’t require every question answered.
- If we miss
We replace the participant, extend the window, or give you a credit to use in the future.

“Rumi gave us an abundance of new insights and made sure we got opinions from all advisors (especially those who were more quiet during the live meeting). Overall a very positive experience and we will surely use RUMI again for future meetings.”
The guarantee, questioned
What does the 100% participation guarantee actually cover?
A defined panel of named participants, a defined bar for participation (each participant actively engages in the room within the response window), and a defined remedy if it’s missed: we replace the participant, extend the window, or give you a credit to use in the future. It is written into the contract.
How can Rumi guarantee participation when nobody else does?
Because the platform is built to make it deliverable. Automated monitoring alerts Rumi and your team the moment a participant hasn’t started or a discussion falls behind; moderators have a live view of who is engaging and where; and they can reach anyone who hasn’t contributed directly from the room. The asynchronous format removes the scheduling and time-zone reasons people miss a live meeting in the first place.
Does the guarantee apply to patient panels, committees and other applications?
Yes. The guarantee travels with the platform: the same monitoring, moderator tools and contractual terms apply whether the room is an advisory board, a patient panel, a steering committee or a document review.
What counts as “participating”?
Actively engaging in the room within the agreed response window: reading the material and contributing to the discussion. It does not mean answering every question. What counts as engaged, and the window, are defined with you before the room opens, so there is no ambiguity about whether the bar was met.
